The Role
Our client is seeking a driven Finance Analyst to provide accurate analytical support to their global store network. In this role, you will partner closely with commercial sales leaders, deliver operational and financial insights, and support strategic decision-making through reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional business leaders as a finance business partner
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly operational and financial reports
• Analyse and report on sales, wages, and key performance metrics
• Support month-end processes including variance analysis, forecasting, and accruals
• Maintain and improve financial reporting systems and dashboards
• Prepare store set-up and pack-down hours in line with rollout schedules and retail calendar
• Manage coding of store-specific invoices and maintain registers
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support business needs

The Candidate

• Relevant finance degree; CA/CPA qualified or working towards (highly regarded)
• Previous experience as a Finance or Business Analyst in retail is preferred but not essential
• Advanced Excel skills and strong IT systems proficiency
• High attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
