PDI are seeking a qualified mechanic to provide support for customers before and after sales as well as working with the team to ensure correct products are supplied.

The role involves limited mechanical work which will be restricted to product development and verification of kits.

The job requires understanding of fitment of various upgrade parts on a range of 4WD vehicles. The bulk of this knowledge will be learned on the job, so the ability to take on and share this new information is critical.

A solid mechanical background and a positive approach to vehicle modifications and performance upgrades is expected.

The successful applicant will be working within a small team to efficiently prepare and supply a range of products. These products go to DIY installers and many workshops. Our customers sometimes have many years of mechanical experience and are after advice on their planned project or for installation queries (including difficulties). Some customers have limited experience and will need more assistance.
