Key Responsibilities

Carrying out repairs, servicing, and diagnostics on small engine equipment, including:

Plate Compactors

Rammers

Generators

Other small engine-powered machines

Performing engine installations, rebuilds, and major repairs on a range of construction equipment

Completing accurate job cards, service reports, and updates in workshop systems

Assisting with field service work as required, with the opportunity to work on larger equipment such as:

Excavators

Dual view dumpers

Skid steers

Wheel loaders

Ensuring workshop cleanliness, safety, and efficiency

Collaborating with the sales and parts teams to support customer needs

Requirements

A trade qualification in Small Engine Mechanics, Light Vehicle Mechanics, or similar

Strong experience with small engines and machinery

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Effective communication and teamwork skills

A current Australian Driver’s License

Forklift and HR Licenses are desirable
