About the Role
We're seeking a full-time Welder & Metal Fabricator to join a workshop team. The role is primarily workshop-based, focusing on fabrication, welding, and assembly of custom metal components. Occasional site installation work may be required, offering variety and hands-on project involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Workshop duties such as operating brake press, guillotine band & mitre saws
- Work with Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Mild Steel
- Site installation
- Perform MIG/TIG welding with high attention to detail
- Operate workshop machinery including press brakes, guillotines, and grinders
- Assemble and finish metal products to meet quality standards
- Assist with site installations when required
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Forklift license and white card (advantageous)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
- Willingness to travel for occasional site work
