Sales Consultant – Home Improvements

Big Difference Home Improvements is a family-owned SA success story delivering custom verandahs, pergolas, carports, decking, outdoor blinds and roller shutters. Demand is strong and warm enquiries are flowing—we’re growing our team with a high-energy salesperson who loves helping homeowners transform their spaces.
(This is an in-home sales role — you’ll meet customers at their homes across metro Adelaide.)

Based out of our commercial premises in West Lakes, you’ll join a fantastic team culture and environment with secure full-time employment and excellent remuneration. An exciting salary package—base salary + car allowance + completely uncapped commissions—with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $130k will be offered to the successful candidate.

What you’ll do

Convert warm enquiries into delighted customers

Ask smart questions to uncover needs and shape the right solution

Prepare quotes, handle objections with confidence, and close the deal

Own the follow-through: accurate measures, tidy paperwork, happy clients

About you

Ideally, you’ve sold in the building industry or you bring a carpentry background—you can talk materials, measurements and buildability with credibility

3+ years’ experience in building/home improvements or aligned industries

Proven sales results and a healthy competitive streak

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Excellent time management, attention to detail, and comfort with basic tech
