Lead Security Architect - 210K + Super + bonus - Sydney
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architecture Lead to drive strategic security initiatives across a large, complex enterprise environment. This role will provide both technical depth and leadership, ensuring cybersecurity is embedded into architectural design and enterprise-wide solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of enterprise security architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory obligations.
• Provide thought leadership and technical expertise on security frameworks, risk management, and architectural governance.
• Partner with senior technology and business stakeholders to influence secure design across Azure cloud
• Develop reference architecture, repeatable patterns and implement "secure by design principals"
• Guide and mentor architects and engineers, uplifting capability and ensuring a consistent security-first approach across the technology function.
• Drive the evolution of security roadmaps, standards, and patterns to strengthen resilience, efficiency, and long-term scalability.

About You

• Proven background in cybersecurity architecture and leadership of teams
• Strong leadership capability, with experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, Azure cloud security, identity and access management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear business outcomes.
• Passion for innovation, with a track record of delivering enterprise security transformation initiatives.
