About the Role

We are seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters to join our growing team on high-rise residential and commercial projects across Perth. This is a great opportunity for skilled tradesmen who take pride in their craft and are looking for steady, long-term work with reputable builders.

Duties & Responsibilities

Formwork for slabs, columns, walls, cores, and stairs

Reading and interpreting construction drawings

Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Ensuring all work is performed to high safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a formwork carpenter (high-rise preferred)

Trade qualification (Carpentry/Joinery) or proven experience

White Card (essential)

Own tools and reliable transport

Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment

Commitment to workplace health and safety
