About the Role
TRUCK TECH is looking for an experienced Senior Heavy Vehicle Technician to join our Chipping Norton workshop on the afternoon shift (3pm–12am). You’ll take the lead on complex diagnostics and repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely and to the highest standard while earning afternoon shift penalties.

Competitive pay: $48–$53/hr + Super + shift penalties + uncapped monthly bonuses

Permanent, full-time – Monday to Friday (3pm–12am)

Duties

Perform advanced diagnostics and complex heavy vehicle repairs

Maintain high safety and quality standards

Accurately complete job cards and service records

Help mentor and support other technicians and apprentices

Collaborate with the wider workshop team to ensure smooth operations

Skills & Experience

Qualified Heavy Vehicle/Diesel Mechanic with senior-level experience

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently on afternoon shifts

Commitment to safe work practices and customer satisfaction
