Fixed Term Part Time | Oct 2025 - Oct 2026 | 22.5 Hours Per Week
$29.57 - $32.69 Per Hour + Salary Packaging!

About the Role

Join Grampians Health to support a specialised multidisciplinary team delivering continence care across the region. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of administration tasks, streamline processes and provide vital support that helps improve client outcomes.

  • Coordinate clinic schedules and appointments
  • Manage data entry, reports and audit requirements
  • Provide high-level customer service and communication support
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and education materials
  • Maintain stock, resources and equipment hire

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete daily office tasks and correspondence
  • Schedule and manage client clinics
  • Prepare and maintain service records and reports
  • Provide internal and external customer support
  • Assist with education events and resource management
  • Support accounts, stock levels and equipment hire

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and data systems
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High accuracy with administration and data entry
  • Business Administration qualification desirable
  • Knowledge of medical terminology desirable
