About the Role

Our client is seeking an entry level Human Resources Coordinator to join their team.

This role will encompass all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management. As it is an entry level role, you will be supported by management throughout all the processes.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
• Manage HR documentation, files, and electronic records.
• Provide support with onboarding and offboarding processes for the employee 'life cycle.'
• Coordinate medicals, paperwork, and record-keeping in line with current legislative requirements.
• Assist with performance review processes.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Support day-to-day recruitment activities across all business units.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in an HR Administrator/Coordinator role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• The highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Confidence in working both independently and as part of a team.
