The Customer Experience Officer plays a vital role in delivering this standard every single day.
This role is designed for someone who thrives on getting the details right while making every customer interaction count. You'll be the first point of contact - dependable, responsible, and always one step ahead of what the customer needs.
Effective and timely engagement via multiple channels - phone, email.
Timely and accurate order entry, ensuring a frictionless customer experience.
Resolution of day-to-day enquiries related to products, pricing, and delivery plus more.
Administration that keeps our systems humming - clean data, clear documentation plus more.
General office duties, mail and reception management.
This isn't just order taking - it's trust building. You'll be part of a team that ensures excellence behind the scenes, enabling everything out front to run with confidence and clarity.

What you will bring:
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a customer service, administration, or order management role preferably within a B2B environment. You will have obtain the following:
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Adaptability, flexibility and willingness to deliver above and beyond.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
It will also be beneficial if you have:
A professional, confident but friendly disposition and can engage with all levels across an organization.
Not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
