THE POSITION:
Stream Healthcare is recruiting NDIS Social Workers with mental health experience for permanent or fixed term contracts in Caboolture! We have positions available for Clinicians and Senior Clinicians. As a Social Worker you will be working closely within the community to support Complex NDIS & Mental Health presentations and referrals. We have a number of roles working across a range of age groups from child, youth, adolescents and adult / older adult, take your pick!

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Qualified Social Worker
• Experience working within a mental health & NDIS setting
• The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
