SANDWICH HAND - MARY'S PADDOCK

Our hospitality company is growing quickly, we offer many new and exciting opportunities for the right candidates across all of our Melbourne locations.

We're looking for a highly motivated sandwich hand that is available for an immediate start.

This role requires experience in providing great quality lunch and breakfast items, in a positive and friendly working environment. The successful candidate must be ready to take on the challenge of a fast paced and high-volume cafe, must be comfortable working under pressure and have a passion for delivering exceptional food.

Responsibilities

Deliver and maintain the highest standard of food safety and hygiene.

Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and Store Manager to ensure store and company objectives are met.

Ensure high personal standards are adhered to.

High volume stock management.

Excellent time management skills, as deadlines will need to be met.

About you

Have at least 2 years in our industry.

Show that you're a driven leader.

Develop and support new and existing team members.

Adhere to costings and be responsible for stock control.

Help build and maintain to productive, respectful and fun working environment.

Must have completed the Do Food Safely Certificate.
