Your Care Co Geelong are a registered NDIS service provider seeking dedicated and reliable In Home and Community based care Support Workers to join our growing team.

Qualification and Requirements - Cert III in Individual support, Aged Care or Equivalent or Cert IV in Disability, Mental Health or Community services.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

Current police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check are mandatory requirements.

Minimum of 6 months experience in support work is essential.

Casual position for Monday - Friday, Weekends and potential evenings and overnight services around, Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula, Surf coast, Western Suburbs and surrounds.
