We’re Hiring – Administrative Assistant
Contracted Role | 5 Days a Week
At Enable Home Care Services, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional support to our clients and building strong foundations within our team. We are now seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join us on a contracted basis, working Monday to Friday.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a career in aged care administration or coordination. You don’t need previous aged care experience — we’ll provide full training in our systems, processes, and approach. The role will start with foundational administrative tasks across multiple functions of our organisation. As your skills develop, you’ll have the opportunity to expand into more complex responsibilities, with potential pathways to progress into a Care Partner (Care Coordinator) role down the track.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support across multiple departments
Assist with document management, filing, and data entry
Support rostering, scheduling, and client service coordination as required
Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management
Learn and apply Enable’s internal systems and compliance processes
What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
No prior aged care experience required — any proactive individual willing to learn and grow
Proficient in standard computer skills (Microsoft office, etc)
