Position 1: Gardener

Your role and responsibilities:

Performing all aspects of garden maintenance: mowing, pruning, hedging, and weed control.

Managing and directing a small team of gardeners (if applicable)

Working closely with customers to understand their needs.

Driving a manual ute with a trailer.

Supporting the landscaping crew when needed.

Overseeing waste management and equipment maintenance.

What You'll Need:

Previous experience in residential or commercial gardening.

A valid driver's license and your own reliable car.

Communication and customer service skills.

Good physical fitness.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to long-term work.

Position 2: Landscaper

If you're a hands-on Landscaper who thrives on transforming outdoor spaces, we have several roles available, from entry-level to more senior positions.

Your role and responsibilities:

Hardscaping projects: fencing, retaining walls, decking, and paving.

Softscaping work: building new gardens, lawn installation, and artificial turf.

General labour and on-site support.

Assisting the gardening team on occasion.

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Overseeing stock, restocking, and tip runs.

What You'll Need:

A valid driver's license and your own reliable car.

Experience in hardscaping and softscaping is a big advantage.

A landscaping or horticulture certificate is a bonus.

Good physical fitness and strength.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A commitment to long-term employment.
