About the Role
As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people and culture. You’ll support a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment, working closely with leaders to drive HR initiatives that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management

Partner with line managers to ensure compliance with workplace legislation and company policies

Support workforce planning, investigations, and development initiatives

Maintain accurate HR records and assist with reporting and audits

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within manufacturing or a similar industrial setting

Solid understanding of Fair Work legislation, awards, and compliance requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

An understanding of Modern Awards

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field (desirable)

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 + super
