Kyeema Support Services Inc (Kyeema) is a registered NDIS provider seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Assistant to support our customer-focused HR team. In this role, you’ll assist with recruitment, onboarding, compliance tracking, training coordination, and general HR admin — all within a values-led, inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes

Maintain employee records and HR systems

Track training and compliance requirements

Support payroll and general HR admin

Respond to employee enquiries and support engagement initiatives

About You

Previous HR/admin experience

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Able to handle confidential information with discretion

Formal qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field (desirable)

Understanding of HR processes and employment legislation (desirable)

Willing and eligible to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and other background check as necessary
