Grandfathers is a new modern Chinese restaurant in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. With a focus on bold regional flavours, refined technique, and elevated service, Grandfathers aims to deliver one of the city’s most exciting and memorable dining experiences.

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team!

Experience:

Fluent English

Chef de Partie (2+ Years)

Wok skills preferenced

Chinese cuisine knowledge is highly regarded

Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment

Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude

Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team

Excellent communication skills

Understanding of food safety standards

Full-time availability.
