The Role
The Senior Compounder is responsible for the day to day activities for Production include the compounding of jobs which occurs in liquids / emulsions, powders, or pre-compile. Responsibilities include:

• Following the batch sheet instructions for compounding jobs
• Loading compounding machines
• Performing the required quality checks and achieving production schedule by working as part of a team
• Supporting the management team with achieving production targets

The Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience ideally from an FMCG, Chemical or pharmaceutical industries
• Current forklift licence would be advantageous not essential
• Can-do attitude
• Ability to handle up to 25kg
