The Role

Due to continued growth and company ambition, my client has a demand for an Associate Structural Design Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will design, manage and assist the structural division across multiple projects whilst maintaining a hands-on role throughout the life cycle of projects. You will coordinate and design in the delivery of the following projects:

• High-rise residential
• Low-rise residential
• Government
• Education
• Retail
• Industrial

The Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering various types of structural projects across a variety of buildings.
• Delivering multiple projects concurrently
• The opportunity to deliver multi-disciplinary projects
• Client interface and business development
• Managing and mentoring less experienced engineers
• Report writing and relevant business reporting

The Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years Senior Structural Design Experience
• Extensive experience of associated packages to the structural design industry
• A flexible and can-do attitude
• Design experience within a consulting environment
• Full working rights in Australia
