You will be working for a highly regarded Tier 2 construction company with a strong track record in delivering high-rise residential and mixed-use commercial developments that continue to shape Sydney’s skyline.

With project values typically ranging between $100m–$300m and a healthy pipeline of upcoming work, the business has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and reliability across some of Sydney’s most recognisable projects.
Due to recent project wins, they are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their team on a landmark development in Sydney.

Your New Role
Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the project, taking on responsibilities including:

• Design implementation and management
• Short-term and long-term programming
• Assisting with preparation of construction budgets and reports
• Project execution, quality control, WHS management, planning, and contract administration
• Coordination and management of subcontractors on-site
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, clients, and stakeholders
• Managing site variations and design changes

For You to Be Successful

• Degree qualified in Engineering or Construction Management
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a head contractor environment (Tier 1–3)
• Strong background in residential and mixed-use developments, ideally $100m+
• Solid knowledge of subcontractors, structures, and finishes
• Experience with quality management and WHS systems
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to drive delivery and achieve program and budget targets
