We're seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead from the front-shaping AI strategy with clients while architecting and delivering advanced, hands-on solutions.

In this senior role, you'll be the bridge between vision and execution: guiding organisations on their AI journey, building production-ready systems, and mentoring teams to deliver excellence.

What You'll Do

Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable AI strategies.

Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions from concept through to production.

Get hands-on with prototyping, coding, and iterating using the latest AI/ML frameworks.

Lead workshops and present to executives, turning complex AI concepts into clear business outcomes.

Mentor junior engineers and steer cross-functional teams towards high-impact delivery.

Stay ahead of industry trends, advising on emerging opportunities in AI.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, or related field.

Proven track record delivering client-facing AI projects (consulting experience highly valued).

Strong technical skills in Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps frameworks.

Experience building end-to-end AI stacks (data → infrastructure → model → application/agent).

Exceptional communication skills, equally at ease with C-suite executives and technical teams.

Microsoft Certified (esp. Azure AI Engineer) highly regarded.
