What’s the Opportunity?

We’re looking for a highly skilled Concretor/Formworker (minimum 3 years’ experience) to take ownership of:

Pool surrounds

Structural bond beams

Concrete slabs & driveways

Retaining wall footings and more

You’ll run the job site, lead small teams, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Site setup and layout

Reading plans, setting levels, drains

Formwork and steel fixing

Concrete pouring and finishing

Ordering materials & managing timelines

Operating demo saws & small machines

Communicating with clients and the office

Using our CRM to track jobs and KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years’ concreting experience

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

A "Can Do" attitude and high attention to detail

Current NSW Driver’s Licence + White Card

First Aid Cert (preferred)

Excavator/forklift ticket (a bonus)
