Landscape Supervisor – High-End Residential Projects

Cammareri Landscapes is a small, growing landscaping company specialising in premium outdoor living spaces. We’re rebuilding our team and only want high performers.

We’re looking for an experienced Landscape Supervisor to take charge of site operations, lead a small team, and deliver high-quality residential projects — often $150K and up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction on-site

Read and interpret plans and ensure build accuracy

Coordinate trades, materials, and timelines

Communicate with clients, designers, and internal teams

Ensure high standards in quality, safety, and site presentation

Use Aroflo for job tracking and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Landscape Supervisor

Strong knowledge of structural landscaping (concreting, paving, timber work, etc.)

Confident communicator and organised leader

Comfortable using job management software (Aroflo experience ideal)

Current driver's licence + relevant quals

A genuine pride in your work
