About the Company: A WA owned and operated, tier 2 commercial building company with an excellent reputation. They focus on projects from $50-150M across a variety of sectors including offices, schools, apartments, aged care, retail, recreation and health.

They are currently looking for a Document Controller to join the team on $300M+ project. This role would be to initially work during the ECI (early contractor involvement) phase of the project, during design. You would be office based with some site visits, once the project goes to site next year.
Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a Document Controller in construction, infrastructure or engineering.
• High level of competency with Aconex.
• Previous experience in construction, infrastructure or engineering working for a main contractor, subcontractor or consultant
• Exposure to the design and delivery phase of projects. Exposure to ECI’s would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
