The Opportunity

Our client is driving a major Salesforce Public Sector Cloud program to transform critical service functions, with a strong focus on licence and case management. With the program moving into the final design and deployment phases, this is an exciting opportunity to shape solutions that will directly impact public service delivery in NSW. Working in a collaborative onshore/offshore model, you will play a key role in ensuring the platform is designed, built, and delivered to the highest standards.

Must be able to attend the Sydney CBD office 2-3 days per week. Sydney location is preferred but also open to Melbourne (Melbourne CBD office), possibly remote. Immediate start, a 2 week notice period can be considered. Unfortunately sponsorship is not available for this position.

The Role

As a Salesforce Architect you will be responsible for leading the design and technical direction of the Salesforce platform.

Your other responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating design sessions and advising on best practice use of Salesforce and Omnistudio.
• Leading the design, build, testing, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions within architectural guidelines.
• Designing and scoping features and enhancements to support wide-ranging business requirements.
• Providing technical guidance on integrations and platform optimisation.
• Working closely with developers and consultants to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Mentoring and supporting junior developers and testers.

About You

In order to be a successful applicant you will bring extensive Salesforce architecture and consulting experience. You will also have:

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Cloud and Omnistudio/Omniscript.
• Strong ability to facilitate design discussions and challenge solutions constructively.
• Hands-on technical leadership with experience guiding onshore and offshore teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A collaborative and problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving program.
