Digital Solution Architect – Large-Scale Transformation Project

We're on the lookout for an experienced Solution Architect to lead a major technical transformation initiative for one of our key clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established architecture team and play a pivotal role in shaping long-term technology strategies that align with evolving business needs and emerging technologies. You’ll help define strategic roadmaps, ensure solution alignment, and deliver tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define solution architecture across internal/external systems, websites, and applications.
• Lead solution design across customer service, CRM, and self-service platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, practical technical solutions.
• Define API, data, and streaming integration patterns across modern and legacy systems.
• Drive integration strategies and manage the end-to-end API lifecycle.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and long-term strategy planning.
• Collaborate across digital, loyalty, retail, marketing, sales, and payments domains.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in technology strategy and solution architecture within medium to enterprise environments.
• Strong background in customer experience domains (CRM, contact centre, digital).
• Deep knowledge of system integration and API design/management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Familiarity with full solution lifecycles – from concept to delivery and ongoing support.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate technical solutions in a commercial context.
• Experience within customer-facing business areas such as digital, loyalty, retail, and marketing is highly valued.
