About the role

Seeking an experienced Surveyor to join the team at SOS Surveying, a leading construction surveying firm based in Melbourne, Victoria. As a Construction Surveyor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality surveying services to a diverse range of construction projects. What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive land and construction surveys to support project planning, design, and execution

Preparing detailed survey reports, drawings, and other technical documentation

Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accurate implementation of survey data

Maintaining survey equipment and instruments to the highest standards

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Surveying or relevant practical site experience

Experience as a Construction Surveyor

Excellent technical skills and proficiency in the use of survey equipment and software

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
