YOUTH WORKERS – URGENT PERMANENT OPPORTUNITIES

Stream Healthcare is recruiting INCREDIBLE PERMANENT full-time roles for experienced Youth Workers who are TCI trained and skilled in complex care!! You will provide support to youth in challenging environments, contributing to safe and positive outcomes.

The Opportunity:

  • Provide direct support to young people in complex care settings
  • Implement trauma-informed practices and TCI strategies
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Location: Perth CBD | Bunbury

Salary: $76,372 – $81,905.20 + super + salary packaging

ROSTER:

  • Week 1: Tuesday – Friday | 10am – 6pm
  • Week 2: Sunday | 10am – 6pm & Monday – Thursday | 6pm – 10am (sleepover shifts)
  • These roles require an ASAP start!

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Relevant qualifications – Youth Work, Social Work,
  • TCI Trained and skills within complex care
  • Relevant compliances
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance & WWC
