Since 1989, we have provided safety, support and hope to women and children. Guided by our vision – Creating safe spaces, strong voices, and healing futures – we deliver high-quality, culturally responsive services that foster safety, empowerment, and leadership in our community.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Outreach Team Leader to coordinate our outreach service, which provides critical support to women and children experiencing family violence, including those unable to access crisis accommodation.

This leadership role oversees a dedicated team of case workers, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality services and fostering a positive, professional team culture.

Participate in all FSF and SupportLink obligations as a TCWR representative, working closely with the Refuge Team Leader to meet client coordination needs.

Demonstrate sound judgment and respond appropriately in crisis and emergency situations.

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen community partnerships.

Ensure compliance with contractual, service delivery, and reporting requirements.

Participate in staff training and development, and support direct reports to do the same.

Contribute to organisational goals through accurate reporting, program coordination, and effective service management.

Undertake any other duties as required.
