Job Opportunity: Drymill Operator
Location: Mount Gambier
Employment Type: Casual
Are you ready to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking Drymill Operators to safely and efficiently operate Drymill machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery in line with company policies and procedures
Ensure safety compliance and promote a safe work environment
Perform quality checks and maintain production standards
Assist with problem-solving and workplace housekeeping
Participate in team communications and continuous improvement programs
What We’re Looking For
Availability:
Must be able to work one of the following:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
Monday to Thursday:
Day shift: 6:00 am to 4:10 pm
Afternoon shift: 4:20 pm to 2:30 am
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Forklift licence (desirable)
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team
Ideal Candidate:
A team player who can follow instructions
Experience in labour, or production work (preferred but not essential)
Ability to pass pre-employment checks
A strong safety-first mindset
