We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our team in the dairy industry, located in Bayswater. This role involves operating and monitoring production machinery in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and efficiency are consistently maintained.
Pay rate: start from $ 40.73

Hours: Various shifts (day, afternoon, weekends if required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to ensure smooth production.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and OH&S procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively as part of a production team.

About You:

• Previous machine operating experience (preferably in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to respond calmly when faced with obstacles.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting production targets.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts (day, afternoon, night, weekends if required).
