On behalf of our clients, highly regarded surgical specialists, Silver Search has been engaged to recruit two part-time Medical Receptionists. These are separate positions, with one role based in the Sydney CBD and the other in Brookvale.

About the Role

Working closely with a specialist surgeon and their team, you will provide front-line support to patients and ensure the smooth running of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing appointments and theatre bookings
• Handling patient enquiries with care and professionalism
• Processing Medicare and health fund claims
• Preparing correspondence and maintaining accurate medical records
• General administrative and reception duties

About You

• Previous experience as a medical secretary or in medical administration (specialist rooms highly regarded)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational ability with attention to detail
• Confidence with medical software and Microsoft Office
• A caring and professional approach with patients
