Centre Manager – Keymer Childcare

Keymer Childcare Colyton is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to help lead our dedicated team and ensure the smooth operation of our centre.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with proven childcare management experience. The position would suit someone with 2IC or Centre Director experience who is ready to step into a permanent full-time leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the centre

Lead, mentor, and support educators to provide high-quality care

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and frameworks

Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community

Manage administration, reporting, and financial processes

What We’re Looking For

Strong leadership and management experience within the childcare sector

Proficiency in QikKids, CCSS, NQA ITS, PRODA, and NSW Department of Education portals

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience with Xero (highly regarded)

Sound knowledge of compliance, regulations, and quality standards

A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting families
