The Role:

You’ll be responsible for calling Past, Present and Future donors to raise awareness and much needed funds for some of the most urgent issues facing our world for some of the most loved charities in Australia and New Zealand.

You do not need experience for this role, with 25 years' experience between our manager and Training manger, they’re here to set you up for success by providing full training and workshops. All we ask from you is a fun and bubbly personality that will allow you to be excited to learn something new in an environment where no two days will be the same!

Requirements:

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

Goal-Oriented with the ability to not only meet but exceed targets

Competent computer and literacy skills

Most importantly a CAN-DO attitude, which can add to the fun and lively culture here at Fundamental
