Relevant Information:

This firm has 8 directors and 30 + staff across 3 locations and uses Xero for practice manager and Tax.

This role is in the Cleveland office where you’ll be working with a team of around 10 staff comprised of accountants, administrators, bookkeepers and financial planners.

The Role - Supervisor/Manager with partnership pathway

Supporting modern, personable and family friendly directors

Compliance work initially ( to understand the processes ) and reviewing of compliance work of intermediate and senior accountants.

Looking after own portfolio of clients and Business Advisory Services

Working cohesively across the entire group.

The ideal candidate will have;

1 - 3 + years Australian Public Practice and Tax Accounting experience at a senior/supervisor or manager level

A passion for helping Australian Businesses

The drive to invest in your own future and be part of an all-inclusive supportive culture

CA/CPA Qualifications

A persona with leadership qualities that enjoys and gains sincere satisfaction in nurturing younger accountants to progress their careers
