Complete Staff Solutions is seeking a Guest Service's Officer to join a dynamic team in Anna Bay. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a vibrant, tourist-focused environment, offering exceptional guest experiences.

Your Responsibilities will include:

Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival.

Assisting guests with any requests or inquiries.

Answering phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.

Managing bookings and reservations.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be a customer service expert, always going above and beyond for guests.

Have previous reception experience, ideally within a tourism environment.

Be familiar with booking systems and reservation processes.

You MUST be available to work across all 7 days of the week.

Be flexible and comfortable with varying shifts and hours.

Working for Complete Staff Solutions you will be paid an attractive casual hourly rate, which is paid weekly.
