We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Service Manager to lead our support teams across Redcliffe, Caboolture and Sunshine Coast regions.
You’ll be based at our Redcliffe office, working closely with staff and clients in the region while overseeing service delivery across all three sites.

About the Role
As a Service Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in coordinating services, supporting Support Workers, and ensuring we meet the needs of each client with compassion and professionalism. You’ll be a key connection point between frontline staff, clients, families, and internal leadership — helping to maintain high standards, smooth operations, and a values-led culture across your regions.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Coaching and supporting your team to deliver great care
• Checking in on clients and updating care plans as needed
• Managing reports, documentation, and service records
• Overseeing rostering and making sure services match NDIS plans
• Handling any concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Keeping things running smoothly and making sure your team feels supported

What We are Looking for
• Proven experience leading and managing a team in a relevant leadership role
• Knowledge of community mental health supports services
• Understanding of Restrictive Practices and NDIS Practice Standards
• Familiar with risk management and inclusive, rights-based approaches
• Comfortable overseeing budgets and advocating as required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confident managing time and multiple priorities
• Ability to travel occasionally to Eight Mile Plains

Essential Requirements
• Open Class Driver’s Licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Blue card (Working with Children Check)
