About our Client
Our client is a global leader in packaging, recycling and logistics for a better world and has been in business for over 75 years. Due to recent growth in the business, they are seeking experienced Grab Forklift Operators to join the team on a casual ongoing basis with a view to permanency.

We are seeking operators for both our morning and afternoon shifts.

Day shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 4:00pm

Afternoon shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00pm – 2:00am

Rate: $39.50 - $46.41

Duties

Operating a clamp forklift

Completing prestart safety checks

Report any safety concerns immediately to your supervisor

Loading paper reels weighing 3-10 tonne onto a corrugator in a cardboard manufacturing facility

Storing paper reels appropriately within the warehouse

Keeping your work area clean and tidy

About you

Current LF Forklift licence

Minimum 12 moths experience in Grab Forklift Operation

Positive attitude with the desire and ability to learn and establish a career in manufacturing

Proof of a stable, reliable work history with minimal to no days off

Immediate and full availability to work

Clean police record

Able to pass a drug and alcohol test as well as random onsite testing
