About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced HR truck driver looking for a stable, long term role with an industry leader? Randstad is in partnership with a top residential waste management company, We're seeking dedicated drivers for immediate starts across multiple Sydney locations.

We're hiring for depots in Eastern Creek, Greenacre, Mascot, and Campbelltown. This is your chance to secure a consistent, Monday-to-Friday position with a great team and the potential for a permanent role.

The Role

You will be operating modern SideArm and Rear Loader waste trucks for residential kerbside collections. Key responsibilities include:

Operating waste trucks safely and efficiently.

Following scheduled routes for timely collections.

Assisting your team and maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

Communicating effectively with the operations team.

What We Offer

A competitive pay rate of $47+ per hour, plus superannuation and penalties.

Stable, consistent Monday to Friday shifts with early start times (3:00 AM - 5:00 AM).

Your Requirements

A valid HR Truck Licence.

6-12 months of HR driving experience. Waste industry experience is highly regarded.

Reliable transport to and from the depot.

Physical fitness to complete manual tasks.

A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

The ability to pass a mandatory drug and alcohol test and a police check.
