The hotel features 408 well-appointed rooms, along with a variety of dining options including: The Restaurant & Bar, Boulevard Bar and in-room dining. For those wanting to unwind we offer a heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, BBQ area, gym and kids games room. For our conferencing & events guests we have 6 modern function rooms available, accommodating up to 500 delegates.

At the Novotel Surfers Paradise we are not only focused on our guests, but also on our people. We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic Room Attendants to join our diverse Housekeeping team.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

Provide a high standard of cleanliness, comfort & presentation in guest accommodation

Promptly assist our hotel guests with any requests or enquiries

Ensuring services areas are clean, tidy & restocked

Report any damage or maintenance jobs for our rooms

Reporting lost property & following correct hotel procedures

What we're looking for:

A can-do positive attitude & service with a smile

A keen eye for detail whilst having good time management skills

Excellent communication skills & take pride in your appearance

Flexible in your availability to work on a rotating 7 day roster including weekends & school holiday’s

Correct chemicals usage & manual handling techniques to ensure safe work practices in this physical role
