Casual Practice Nurse

Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for primary health care? Our friendly general practice in Mount Pleasant is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Practice Nurse to join our team.

This is a casual role with no set hours.

Key Responsibilities

Immunisations

Wound management

Ear Syringe

Assisting with minor procedures

Spirometry

ECG's

Chronic Disease Management

Health Assessments

Patient triage and support for GPs

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and assisting with recall and reminders

Providing cover for staff leave, including holiday and sick leave, as required

About You

Current AHPRA Registration

Immunisation Certificate (or willingness to complete)

Ability to comply with Policies and Procedures

Work within your scope of practice

Previous practice experience is not essential. Full induction and training will be provided for the right applicant. A minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
