Project Support Lead – Coles Relay Project Services (QLD Metro & Regional)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 1:00pm

Training: Full paid training provided (6 weeks)

This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in retail project management, working directly on in-store transformation projects across Brisbane’s Coles supermarkets.

The Role
We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented leader to join our Coles Relay Project Services team. You will report directly to a Senior Project Lead, supporting the planning and delivery of in-store relay projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with Coles’ standards and expectations.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining seamless store operations during large-scale merchandising changes.

Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate all aspects of project scope from initiation to completion
-Liaise effectively with Store Managers and in-store teams
-Ensure team adherence to Coles’ customer service policies during trading hours
-Deliver projects on time and within budget
-Minimise disruption to store operations during changeovers
-Implement approved merchandise layouts and flow to planogram standards
-Manage projects in line with approved scope and disruption strategy
-Monitor and enforce workplace safety procedures
-Support and lead Relay Team members on-site

About You
-Previous retail or team management experience is highly regarded
-Must have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
-Willingness to travel across metro and regional QLD
-Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
-Excellent interpersoqnal and communication skills (verbal & written)
-Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
-Highly reliable, with strong attention to detail and time management
