We're looking for a motivated Life Insurance Adviser to join a growing, values-led business with an established client base, strong referral flow, and the potential to share in the success you help create.
You'll be stepping into a rare opportunity: an existing book of clients, ongoing support, and a clear pathway to equity or profit share—all within an independent firm that's backed by the infrastructure and credibility of a nationally recognised group.
For the right person, there’s no ceiling on where this role can lead.
This role requires previous experience delivering life insurance advice, ideally within a General Advice framework.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing
Taking over and servicing an existing book of loyal clients
Helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions around life insurance
Using a proven, client-friendly process—not a call-centre script
Building on strong referral networks and trusted relationships
Being mentored directly by the Director, with exposure to broader strategy and leadership
Playing a key role in a business that values long-term relationships over short-term sales
✅ What We're Looking For
Ideally 2+ years’ experience in life insurance advice, but we’re open to advisers with less experience if you’re smart, driven, and have life insurance advice exposure
Experience operating under a General Advice model is highly regarded
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients
Confidence working within a defined advice process that supports clear, practical insurance guidance
A genuine interest in protecting clients and delivering value
Self-motivated and reliable, with a collaborative mindset
Long-term ambition—someone who sees the potential for growth, leadership, and equity

🔒 Additional Requirements
The successful candidate must have permanent Australian work rights and be able to pass a National Police Check. A high standard of character and professionalism is essential.
