Your Role

Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our preschool curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Mentor and collaborate with educators to achieve excellence in Quality Area 1 and beyond.

Maintain accurate documentation of children’s learning, progress, and goals.

What We’re Looking For

ACECQA-approved Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).

NESA accreditation (Provisional or Proficient) or working towards.

Current WWCC, First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certification.

Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and best practice pedagogy.

A commitment to teamwork, reflective practice, and continuous improvement.
