We are now seeking an experienced and driven Construction Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales team while also managing our marketing initiatives, ensuring Beaumonde Homes remains a trusted and reputable name in Perth’s luxury home market.

About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of experienced sales consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, loyalty and results.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

You’ll lead the client journey from sign-up to contract, ensuring every preliminary milestone is met on schedule and delivered with a flawless luxury experience.

Take ownership of marketing from strategy to execution, ensuring our campaigns reflect our brand’s luxury positioning.

Manage advertising, display home campaigns, events and trade partnerships.

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand integrity and reputation across all channels.

Champion innovation, driving new approaches that elevate both sales and marketing outcomes.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

5+ years’ experience in a senior sales role within the residential construction, ideally luxury or custom builds.

A proven track record of consistent sales success and team leadership.

Demonstrated ability to introduce effective change within sales or marketing teams.

Strong marketing skills with experience across digital, print, events and brand management.

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

A collaborative, loyal, and hands-on approach, balancing leadership with execution.
