Skills and Experience:

Proven experience operating skid steers and excavators in the construction or civil engineering environment.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating skid steers and excavators is required.

Australian work rights are essential for this position (citizens and permanent residents only).

Experience operating either skid steers or excavators is sufficient for this role.

Valid driver's license and relevant machinery operating certifications/licenses (e.g., White Card, excavator operator and skid-steer tickets).

Strong understanding of equipment operation principles and safety procedures.

Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
