As the firm expands they are now looking for a Senior Accountant to join their high performing team. This role will working directly with an ex-Director who now supports the firm in a consulting capacity. This is a very rare chance to learn from someone with decades of experience who is at the top of their field and get invaluable insight into the accounting industry.

The firm places a high emphasis on training and development and genuinely invest in their employees’ success. They run fortnightly training session led by experts in the accounting field, monthly AI training session, on the job training from the Director himself and are big on knowledge sharing from senior leadership to all staff.

Whilst they produce a high performing team, they have a fun office culture where everyone genuinely enjoys coming into work and have multiple social events throughout the year. They have great staff longevity which is a testimony to their workplace, with their average retention rate being 6 years and 3 staff members exceeding 10 years.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of business service experience and be CA/CPA qualified or close to completion. As an individual you will be highly driven and switched on, hardworking, enthuastic, and have great interpersonal and communication skills. It is imperative that you have strong technical accounting knowledge and just as importantly a great attitude to work.
