What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee subdivision construction in the Springfield to Ipswich region

Deliver outcomes across earthworks, drainage, roads, and utilities

Manage site engineering tasks and mentor junior staff

Collaborate with PMs, subcontractors, and clients

Ensure QA, HSE, and compliance processes are followed

Drive timelines, cost control, and quality delivery

What You’ll Bring

2–5 years’ experience in subdivisions or urban development projects

Strong technical knowledge across civil works and QA processes

A collaborative mindset with leadership capability

Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
